- 40% Premium Ground Beef: a variety of convenient 1 lb packages ground beef
- 35% Roasts: varieties from Chuck, Tri-Tip, Arm Roast, and stew meat
- 25% Steaks: varieties from Sirloin Tips, Top Sirloins, New York Strips, Rib Eyes, Tenderloin
 
*Some cuts may be substituted with a cut of similar value.
 
Shipping: Once the beef is ready to be shipped, we'll send you an invoice for the remaining balance of your purchase. Each beef box is carefully packaged. All beef is vacuum packed shipped in an insulated box(s) to ensure it arrives frozen at your doorstep. We've partnered with local delivery companies for reliable and prompt delivery of your order.
