- 40% Premium Ground Beef: a variety of approx. 72-96lbs of convenient 1lb packages ground beef
- 35% Roasts: varieties from Chuck, Tri-Tip, Arm Roast, and stew meat
- 25% Steaks: Sirloin Tips, Top Sirloins, New York Strips, Rib Eyes, Tenderloin
- Brisket is included!!!

Shipping: Once the beef is ready to be shipped, we'll send you an invoice for the remaining balance of your purchase. Each beef box is carefully packaged. All beef is vacuum packed, shipped in an insulated box(s) to ensure it arrives frozen at your doorstep. We've partnered with local delivery companies for reliable and prompt delivery of your order.
